Enjoy being in the heart of Lo de Marcos, just steps from restaurants, cafes, the plaza and a four minute walk to the beach while feeling like you're in the countryside with your courtyard full of fruit trees, flowers, an expanse of green grass and hammocks. This freshly and lovingly renovated 50 year old traditional Mexican house has come alive with the owners love of color and collection of art from around the world.

The space:
The lighting inside is warm and welcoming as I use mostly incandescent bulbs and under the palapa there are many lighting options for lots of atmosphere at night.

If you'd like to rent the Studio Lucita, right beside your Casa Clara, as a second bedroom, you are welcome to. It won't be rented to other guests while you are there. Please ask me about renting Casa Clara and Studio Lucita together as a 2-bedroom house.

Other things to note:
Air Conditioning is available only from June to the end of October.

I accept payment via e-Transfer, ZELLE, wise.com and Transferencias.

I collect half of the payment to reserve your stay and then collect the remaining half upon your arrival at the house. My cancellation policy is if you cancel before the 2nd and final payment is made I'll refund your first deposit payment minus $100 only if I'm able to find someone else for your dates. If we can't find anyone to replace your reservation then we won't refund the deposit.
